RESERVATION POLICY
• Reservations are accepted for parties of 10 or more.
• Weekend availability (especially for the Showroom) limited to:
-6:00 PM on Fri and Sat
-4:00 PM on Sun
• 75% of the party must be present in order to be seated.
"Thanks for your punctuality!"
In order to be fair to all of our guests, we can only hold tables for fifteen minutes past your pre-determined reservation time.
"My other 10 guests promised to be here on time, can't you just sit me now?"
We ask that a minimum of 70-80% of the guests be present in order to be seated. After a fifteen minute grace period, your reserved table may be forfeited. We will do everything possible to still accommodate your party but the wait time may increase.
"Is it true that reservations will not be taken after 6:00 pm on Wednesdays through Saturdays or past 4:00 pm on Sundays?"
Yep. Sorry, folks. In order to accommodate as many guests as possible, we cannot guarantee any reservation after 6:00 on most nights because of the high volume of guests that we hope to serve. After these times, we work on a first come, first served basis.
"I thought Lalo's was a family restaurant? Why can't my 19 year old son stay in the showroom on late nights?"
On Wednesday after 9:30 pm, and Fridays & Saturdays - after 10:00 pm. all minors will be asked to leave the showroom area. After these hours, the showroom area is used as a bar/nightclub. In our continuous effort to serve alcohol responsibly, anybody staying after these times must be 21 and possess a valid ID. STRICTLY ENFORCED. REALLY.
